Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival 2026 Returns With 24 Events

The Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival returns Dec. 10–13 for its 19th year, bringing 24 events and an impressive roster of chefs, winemakers and restaurateurs to some of Palm Beach County’s most celebrated dining rooms.

The four-day festival moves from intimate chef dinners and cooking classes to brunches, walk-around tastings and poolside parties before culminating in its signature Grand Tasting.

The festivities begin Dec. 10 with four dinners, including The First Bite at Buccan, where chef Clay Conley welcomes James London, Dean Neff and Jonathon Sawyer for a five-course, family-style dinner.

At Oceano in Lake Worth Beach, chef-owners Jeremy and Cindy Bearman host José Garces, Mason Hereford, Mike Lata and Michael Schwartz for an indoor-outdoor tasting of chef-driven bites and wines from Booker, Robert Mondavi Winery and Ruffino.

Also opening night, Mauro Colagreco joins chef de cuisine Lauren Bodden at Florie’s at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, while Pushkar Marathe hosts Spice at Stage Kitchen & Bar with Nina Compton, Tristen Epps-Long and Diego Oka.

Among this year’s debuts is Cooking with Mauro, a hands-on class at the Four Seasons led by Colagreco, whose Mirazur in France earned three Michelin stars and was named the World’s Best Restaurant in 2019.

New Orleans institution Brennan’s will celebrate its 80th anniversary with a two-day pop-up brunch at Pistache French Bistro, pairing Brennan’s chef Kris Padalino with Pistache chef Benoit Delos. Also new are Arthur & Sons’ Disco Brunch in Jupiter and Maneet’s Bollywood Experience at Ela Curry & Cocktails.

On Dec. 11, the festival shifts poolside for its Kick-Off Party at The Belgrove Resort & Spa, celebrating Robert Mondavi Winery’s 60th anniversary. Ashley Christensen, Marc Forgione, Ken Oringer, Damaris Phillips, Giorgio Rapicavoli and other notable chefs join host chef Ron Pietruszka for an evening of food, wine, cocktails and music.

Sunday brings another festival favorite, Daniel & Friends at Café Boulud, with Daniel Boulud welcoming Marc Forgione, Bryan Forgione, Larry Forgione, Mauro Colagreco and Robert Irvine for a garden brunch.

The weekend culminates Dec. 13 with the 19th annual Grand Tasting at the Palm Beach County Convention Center. More than 50 South Florida chefs and restaurants will serve dishes alongside craft spirits and more than 100 wines rated 90 points or higher by Wine Spectator. The Grand Chef Throwdown also returns.

Grand Tasting tickets are $179, increasing to $229 after Nov. 13. Multi-event packages offer savings of up to 15 percent, with additional packages available for guests planning to make a weekend of it.

A portion of festival proceeds will benefit Els for Autism, the Jupiter-based nonprofit founded by Ernie Els and his wife, Liezl, which provides programs, services and resources for people with autism spectrum disorder and their families.
