Pastis Is Coming to West Palm Beach’s Nora Hotel This Fall

West Palm Beach’s dining scene is getting a little more Parisian.

Pastis, the iconic French brasserie best known for its longtime presence in New York City’s Meatpacking District, is officially headed to West Palm Beach, with plans to open this fall inside the new Nora Hotel.

The restaurant will bring its signature all-day brasserie experience to the Nora District, starting with coffee and buttery croissants in the morning and carrying through lunch, cocktails and candlelit dinners.

On the menu, expect the French classics Pastis is known for, including steak frites, coq au vin, French onion soup, seafood towers and crème brûlée. The concept is timeless, lively and designed to work just as well for a casual lunch as it does for a full night out.

The new location will sit on the ground floor of The Nora Hotel, a 201-room luxury property from BD Hotels and hotelier Sean MacPherson, whose portfolio includes New York’s Hotel Chelsea and The Bowery Hotel.

The hotel itself will feature a rooftop pool, Sisley Spa, guest rooms and suites, event spaces, and additional dining and drinking destinations.

Pastis already has a South Florida presence in Miami, but its arrival in West Palm Beach marks another major addition to a dining scene that continues to grow quickly.

French onion soup, steak frites, Champagne and a room made for lingering? We have a feeling this one is going to be popular.

Pastis West Palm Beach is expected to open at The Nora Hotel in Fall 2026.
