WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Who says you need snow to enjoy a winter wonderland?
The Ben Hotel is bringing back South Florida’s only real outdoor ice-skating experience for a third consecutive year, transforming downtown West Palm Beach into a festive holiday village from November 1, 2026, through January 3, 2027.
After expanding its rink last year and welcoming more than 30,000 skaters, The Ben is preparing for another season of holiday magic beneath the palm trees.
A Winter Escape in Paradise
Inspired by the ski resorts of Aspen, Winter Wonderland will feature twinkling lights, cozy chalets, holiday music and festive decorations overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.
Admission to the Winter Tree Forest and Holiday Market is completely free. Ice skating is the only ticketed attraction.
Visitors can browse holiday vendors, enjoy seasonal cocktails, sip hot chocolate and indulge in homemade cookies, s’mores and other winter treats.
The festivities will also support local charities.
Skating, Dining and Holiday Cheer
The rink will operate daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., with tickets priced at $30 for adults and $15 for children ages 4 to 10. Skate rentals are included, and skating aids will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Inside the hotel, Proper Grit will offer holiday-inspired dining, festive cocktails and seasonal specialties.
Guests looking for an overnight escape can book The Ben’s “Stay, Skate & Celebrate” package, featuring four skating admissions, a hot chocolate welcome and additional hotel perks.
