Set within the island’s only Five-Star, Five-Diamond resort, the oceanfront retreat has introduced a series of seasonal offerings designed to restore balance, inspire relaxation and capture the effortless rhythm of coastal living.

From sunrise yoga on the sand and restorative sound bath sessions to glow-enhancing facials and poolside beauty treatments, the Resort’s Summer Wellness Series encourages guests to begin each day with intention and unwind in harmony with the season. Complimentary for registered guests, the weekly program features Sunrise Beach Yoga, Sound Bath Sessions, Sunrise Beach HIIT classes, Sun Prep Mini-Facials and Poolside Mini-Cryo Facial Refreshers.

For those seeking a midweek escape, The Spa is also inviting both resort guests and locals to indulge in a collection of seasonal treatments available Sunday through Thursday. Offerings include the 50-minute Summer Break Massage and Brightening Facial, each priced at $199++, an 80-minute Summer Citrus Manicure and Pedicure with Paraffin Treatment for $149++, and a Smoothing Blow Dry and Hair Mask for $99++.
