Palm Beach’s Grand Resorts and Boutique Hotels Make the MICHELIN Guide

In The Palm Beaches, a memorable stay might begin beneath The Breakers’ grand oceanfront architecture or behind The Colony’s unmistakable pink façade. The MICHELIN Guide’s latest hotel selection puts both in distinguished company, recognizing a collection of properties that offer different expressions of coastal luxury.

The Breakers Palm Beach has been elevated to Two MICHELIN Keys, while The Vineta Hotel joins the selection with Two Keys. The Colony Hotel earns its first MICHELIN Key, adding another distinction to the island’s boutique hotel scene.

Much as MICHELIN Stars recognize restaurants, MICHELIN Keys distinguish outstanding hotels. Inspectors visit anonymously and independently, assessing stays that range from historic landmarks to intimate retreats. One Key signals “a very special stay,” Two Keys “an exceptional stay,” and Three Keys “an extraordinary stay.”

At The Breakers Palm Beach, the appeal is expansive: Atlantic Ocean frontage, a private beach, pools, golf, spa experiences and a collection of dining options, all within a landmark resort setting.

The Vineta Hotel offers a more intimate proposition. Just off Worth Avenue, the reimagined boutique property places guests close to Palm Beach’s shopping, restaurants and beaches.

Five additional properties hold One MICHELIN Key, each with its own approach to the destination.

Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach makes the ocean central to the experience, pairing direct beach access with oceanfront pools, dining and wellness offerings.

At The Colony Hotel, the signature pink exterior sets the tone for a boutique stay steps from Worth Avenue and the beach. Nearby, Palm House brings a contemporary sensibility to island luxury, with stylish accommodations, dining and a tropical setting close to both.

White Elephant Palm Beach combines boutique intimacy with easy access to the island’s waterfront, restaurants, shopping and beaches.

Farther south, Tower at The Boca Raton offers sweeping waterfront views and access to the resort’s beach, pools, dining, wellness and recreation experiences.

The Guide’s recognition extends beyond its Key recipients. PGA National Resort, Eau Resort & Spa, The Ray Hotel Delray Beach, The Brazilian Court Hotel, Amrit Ocean Resort, The Seagate, The Belgrove Resort & Spa and The Ben also appear in its hotel selection, alongside Yacht Club and Cloister at The Boca Raton.

Together, the properties offer plenty of ways to check into The Palm Beaches—from a grand resort with an oceanfront address to a boutique hotel within strolling distance of Worth Avenue. The common thread is a stay worth making part of the trip.
