The luxury landscape in South Florida is getting a stylish shake-up.
The RealReal, the world’s largest authenticated luxury resale marketplace, is leaving its longtime Worth Avenue address in Palm Beach for a sleek new boutique in the heart of West Palm Beach. The new store opens Aug. 13 at 700 S. Rosemary Ave., signaling a shift toward the city’s rapidly growing luxury retail scene.
At more than 2,100 square feet, the new space is designed to feel less like a traditional resale shop and more like a polished luxury salon. Shoppers can browse an ever-changing collection of authenticated treasures from fashion’s most coveted names—think Chanel, Hermès, Dior, Rolex and Van Cleef & Arpels—while consignors can meet with specialists for private valuations of handbags, fine jewelry, watches and designer fashion.
The move reflects West Palm Beach’s emergence as one of the country’s fastest-rising luxury destinations, where high-end retail, new residential developments and a wave of affluent newcomers continue to reshape the city’s shopping scene.
“South Florida continues to be one of the most important luxury markets in the country,” said CEO Rati Sahi Levesque, adding that the new location combines the convenience of The RealReal’s online marketplace with personalized, in-store expertise.
To celebrate the opening, guests visiting Aug. 13 can sip complimentary iced matcha lattes from Maman while exploring the latest arrivals. From Aug. 13 through Aug. 15, customers who consign an accepted item will also receive a $100 The RealReal shopping credit, subject to terms.
The boutique marks The RealReal’s 18th U.S. retail location and underscores the growing momentum behind West Palm Beach as South Florida’s next luxury shopping destination.
